The morning of January 10th, 2026, began before dawn. As the clock struck 5:20 AM, excitement filled the air outside InfiniFly Aviation’s office. With backpacks ready, spirits high and adventure calling, our team embarked on a journey that redefined what it means to work together, play together and grow together.

The bus journey itself was an unforgettable experience. Laughter echoed through the vehicle as colleagues became friends, and friends became family. Fun activities, music and anticipation built up as we made our way to Dev’s Camp in the heart of Gujarat’s countryside.

Into the Wild: Dev’s Camp

Nestled in Gariyal, Kesharpura, Dev’s Camp welcomed us with open arms and endless possibilities. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, this wasn’t just a picnic spot but our playground for the day, our classroom without walls and our arena for personal and professional growth.

• The Burma Bridge: Suspended high above the ground, it tested our courage and balance. Each step forward was a metaphor for the challenges we face in aviation: calculated, focused and fearless.
• The Swinging Bridge: Swaying with every movement, it taught us that sometimes stability comes from learning to move with uncertainty rather than against it.
• Plank Walk: A true test of concentration and trust. One foot in front of the other, supported by teammates cheering from below.
• Tyre Tumbles: Coordination, agility and a lot of laughter as we navigated through this unconventional obstacle course.
• Zipline: The ultimate adrenaline rush. Soaring through the air with nothing but a harness and trust, we experienced the closest thing to flight before our actual flight training.
• Trekking: Nature walks that cleared our minds and strengthened our bonds, proving that the journey matters as much as the destination.

The Journey Beyond the Classroom That Changed Everything

Between the adventures, we gathered under the canopy for group games that revealed hidden talents, competitive spirits and team dynamics. Trust falls, problem-solving challenges and creative competitions brought out the best in everyone.

The “Save Nature” message resonated throughout our experience, a powerful reminder that as aviation professionals in training, we’re stewards of the skies and the earth below.

No adventure is complete without good food, and at PROPEL 2026, we provided breakfast, which energised all for the day ahead; lunch, a well-deserved feast after morning adventures and high tea, perfect refreshments as we shared stories and experiences.

Celebrating Excellence

The Felicitation Ceremony was the heart of PROPEL 2026. Under the tent pavilion adorned with InfiniFly Aviation’s branding, we recognised outstanding achievements, celebrated milestones and honoured those who embody the spirit of excellence that defines our institution.

Trophies were awarded, certificates were presented, applause filled the air as peers recognised peers, and mentors acknowledged their students’ growth.

The group photographs and videos tell the story better than words ever could: orange and purple helmets dotting the landscapes, smiles that radiated genuine joy, high-fives after completing challenging activities, circle formations during team discussions and more.
